RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS
Recipes are one of the two ways you can develop your character. Certain dishes recover your stats, while others permanently increase them. Each recipe requires a specific number of ingredients to work. If you have found some new ingredients, bring them to the Marketplace, and the girl there will teach you a new recipe to use them. Always eat something before going to sleep so your character can become more powerful quicker.

Vegetable Soup
Your character begins with it.
Requires: 1 Dried veggie
Effect: HP +1
Fried Fish
Your character begins with it.
Requires: 1 Dried Veggie, 1 Dried Fish
Effect: HP +1, MP +1
Meat Stew
Your character begins with it.
Requires: 1 Dried Veggie, 1 Dried Meat
Effect: HP +2
Bat Stew
Find a Bat Leg Meat and bring it to the girl in the Marketplace.
Requires: 2 Bat Leg Meat, 1 Dried Veggie
Effect: HP +6
Tail Soup
Find a Wild Cat Tail and bring it to the girl in the Marketplace.
Requires: 2 Wild Cat Tail, 1 Dried Veggie
Effect: HP +3, STR +1
Liver Stew
Bring a Mongrel Liver to the Apothecary after completing Quest 16.
Grilled Cave Cat Liver
Bring a Cave Cat Liver to the Apothecary after completing Quest 17.
Hound Steak
Find a Wild Dog Flank and bring it to the girl in the Marketplace.
Snake Salad
Bring a Snake Slice to the Museum Curator.
Silver Wolf Pie
Bring a Silver Wolf Throat Meat to the Armorer.
Snake Nuggets
Bring a Snake Oil to the Apothecary after completing Quest 18.
Hell Stew
Bring a Hell Hound Essence to the Apothecary after completing Quest 19.
Fried Curse
Find a Hellcat Tail and bring it to the Sisters in the Magic Shop.
Fried Wolf
Bring a Wolf Filet to the Armorer.
Lizard Ham
Find a Lizard Leg Meat and bring it to the girl in the Marketplace.
Griffon Stew
Find a Griffon Meat and bring it to the girl in the Marketplace.
Grilled Wolf
Bring a Magic Wolf Essence to the Apothecary after completing Quest 19.
Dragon Stew
Find a Dragon Meat and bring it to the female Building Shop assistant.
Dragon Protein Dish
Bring a Dragon Essence to the Princess after completing Quest 49.
The Ultimate Dish
Bring a Dragon Meat to the Misterious Old Man who keeps asking you for money.
