Pixel after Pixel (www.pixelafterpixel.com) formed from industry veterans including long-time Tycoon guru’s of Anarchy Enterprises, makers of Moon Tycoon, the original Deep Sea Tycoon, and National Lampoon’s University Tycoon.

The company is currently developing several titles for this year, including Deep Sea Tycoon 2, a sequel to Anarchy Entreprises’s Deep Sea Tyccon, and a fantastic adventure that lets you create an underwater paradise for divers to enjoy.

“We are always keen to support developers who make good games by fully or partially funding further development projects. Pixel after Pixel has created Deep Sea Tycoon 2 due to overwhelming demand from fans of the first in the series,”
“The original Deep Sea Tycoon was a game that took a lot of people by surprise. It captured the imagination with its original gameplay context and unique atmosphere. Deep Sea Tycoon 2 offers a whole new world to explore for the avid underwater gamer!” said Tim Whitehurst, producer.

The game consists of 30 scenarios where you can immerse yourself in a relaxing aquatic world, sounds of sealife, soothing music and wavy visuals. The purpose is to build underwater structures such as gift shops, zoos and restaurants, to keep up with the needs of your visitors, thus keeping everyone happy. Divers of all ages will flock to your resort, to enjoy activities such as swimming with the whales, turtle-back rides, playing with dolphins and feeding manatees.

Game Features:

  • Sea life Galore! Dive into a world of personalities – from thrill seeking humans and playful dolphins to mysterious and majestic whales and other living treasures!
  • Epic underwater adventure – Quest through 30 missions from the Caribbean to Hawaii. Stingray City, Turtle Farm, Whale Dive, Dolphin Rides, Manatee Paradise!
  • Multiple play modes that will keep you immersed for hours, including great Tutorials and starter levels to get your feet wet!
  • Sandbox – Your imagination is the limit! Choose from several undersea environments!

Deep Sea Tycoon 2 seems to have everything to make an even bigger splash than the original title, and will be available in the summer of 2005.
