General tips:
Fix all cracks with plaster first. Buyers usually tell you if there are some left. If you can’t find all the cracks (some are tricky), proceed to paint, and if you can’t paint a section, plaster it.
Remove and replace all broken fixtures (windows, wall outlets, doors, ceiling lights).
Clean everything (floor, walls, windows) and remove old broken furniture.
Non-damaged accessories and furniture can be reused.
Likes and Dislikes for each buyer will populate as you work on the different houses, based on comments from the buyers received as you work. Some of the like/dislike comments can be contradictory, and will appear in both like AND dislike, but in general, they give you a good idea of what the buyer is looking for.
Example: Jimmy Traitor will show “I like order” in both Like and Dislike. If the house is still a mess, this comment will appear in Dislike, but if it’s already clean and fixed up, it appears in Like.
